Aluminum product customization process selection

This is a common subtractive manufacturing method that uses precise control of a machine tool to remove part of an aluminum workpiece, leaving the desired part behind. CNC machining provides high quality, excellent surface finish, repeatability, and compatibility with a wide range of aluminum alloys. It is particularly suitable for manufacturing prototypes, and 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines can create complex prototypes.

Use a high-power density laser beam to irradiate the material to heat the material to the vaporization temperature to form holes, and then form a narrow slit to complete the cutting. Laser cutting requires no additional tools and can remove microscopic cracks and stress marks, providing smooth cut edges and reducing the need for secondary operations.

The metal sheet undergoes elastic deformation and enters plastic deformation under the pressure of the upper or lower mold of the bending machine, forming a V-shaped bend. Bending improves the flexibility of the material and increases its application range.
