CNC Operation Safety Guide

1.It is required to read the safety operation manual before operating the machine;

2. Operators must complete training and pass examinations or assessments. Only after obtaining a certificate of qualification can they start working.

3. Any part of the body must not be close to the moving parts of the machine when operating machinery or automatic operation of mechanical programs;

4. Before the spindle has stopped, do not touch the workpiece, tool and spindle;

5. Before operating the machinery, it is required to make sure that all protective covers, switches and other safety devices of the machinery are in normal and good condition;

6. Before starting the machine, it is required to confirm that the workpiece and processing tools are clamped to avoid machine collisions;

7. When operating machinery, earrings, watches, jewelry, loose clothes, and hair must be removed and kept away from the moving parts of the machinery;

8. When operating machinery, you are required to wear safety shoes, safety glasses and earplugs;

9. Only qualified professional and technical personnel can perform mechanical maintenance or installation. The operation methods, correct usage methods and safety warning displays on the machinery are shown in the maintenance manual provided by the company;

10. After confirming that the work surface is clean, place the workpiece on the surface, align it and fix it.

11. Make sure all cutting tools are securely installed and check whether they are within the working range.

12. According to the specific requirements of the workpiece, select the corresponding system operation mode, enter the program and proceed with processing.

13. After the processing is completed, check whether the workpiece meets the requirements. After confirming that it is qualified, remove the workpiece and enter the next process.14. After processing is completed and the machine is shut down, all parts of the machine tool should be restored to their initial positions.

15. The maintenance and repair of the machine should be strictly in accordance with the requirements in the instruction manual, and regular inspections, necessary adjustments and maintenance work should be carried out regularly to ensure that the equipment is always in good operating condition.

16. After processing, the chips should be removed and the machine should be cleaned first, and doors, covers, windows and other parts should be wiped. Finally, turn off the CNC power switch.
